Having been born in Deal and living in the area for most of his life Alan, along with his wife Miriam, who were living in a village outside Ashford had decided, due to a change in family circumstances, that they would love to return to the Deal area and in particular Sandwich, their favourite part of the Kent Coast.
Even though they have lived away from Sandwich for some time, they had been returning on a regular basis. Miriam was keeping up to date with the local news, purchasing the paper on every visit, and she was excited to start looking for their next home, as close as possible to their beloved ‘home’ town of Deal.
Fate must have been playing its part, as they were told about Kent developers Westerhill Homes new Pebble Gate Place development in Sandwich, and once the decision to move back was made, they knew they needed to visit and see if there was a home that was right for them.
Everything fell into place for the couple when they met Westerhill Homes Sales Executive India at Pebble Gate Place, as she told them about The Pebble one bedroom home , the last one available of its type at the development.
One of the first residents at Pebble Gate Place, Alan & Miriam moved in during May and have been enjoying everything about the home, which has a ground floor bedroom and Hall/Study, and an open-plan living area and Kitchen on the first floor.
